Once installed the system will resist damage by cleaning agents & detergents and allow for normal building movement without tearing or cracking meaning that you are provided with a waterproofing system that provides you with extreme longevity and total peace of mind.

Our External Wet Area Systems have been tested, designed and manufactured exclusively and specifically for Wet-seal. Every one of our Franchisees undergo extensive rigorous training prior to being allowed into the field to install systems for you. Our attention to detail during the application process is paramount. One of the things that sets our external system apart from the rest is the fast curing time which means that your job will be completed much faster. Other advantages include UV resistant; moisture curing; highly elastic; versatile – can be used for a flexible coating or waterproofing membrane; excellent mechanical and thermal resistance; water potable and it can be tiled over.

Wet-seal Underfloor Heating Systems:

For areas such as Bathrooms, Toilets, Kitchens, Lounge Rooms or Complete Home Electric heating is becoming more and more popular as we look for ways to warm our home efficiently and strive to be environmentally friendly.

Underfloor Heating is a superior heating system providing a comfortable environment to live, play and work in. There are documented psychological links by the Commonwealth Scientific & Industrial Research Organisation in Australia (CSIRO), between foot comfort and body comfort; we feel warm if our feet are warm. The installation of effective and efficient Underfloor Heating can achieve this while conserving energy by eliminating the need to maintain higher room temperatures. As little as 1 or 2 0C lower air temperature is equivalent to 10-20% energy saving.

Our heating systems are available as:

Undertile Heating – is an Electric Twin Cable DM 20 Heating System which is a “quick response” heating system and if the room has effective thermal insulation it may be used as the primary heating system.

In-slab Heating – is an Electric Twin Cable VCD 35 Heating System which is embedded in a concrete slab. The slab stores the heat at night and releases it to provide continuous warmth to the home during the day.
